AMINO EAA COMPLEX [L-leucine, L-valine, L isoleucine, L-lysine HCl, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan] (46 %); maltodextrin; citrulline malate (8,9 %); acidity regulators : citric acid(sin330), malic acid (sin296); flavourings; thickener – cellulose gum (sin466); sweetener – sucralose (sin955).

Dissolve one serving of the product – 10 g (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water; use a shaker or a blender. Take 2 servings daily.

On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before a workout, 2nd serving after a workout.

On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet.

Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.

Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
