Casein is the primary protein (approx. 80%) found in cow's milk, known for its slow-digesting, sustained-release amino acid profile, making it ideal for muscle recovery and satiety.

micellar casein (from milk) (95,5%) , cacao powder for chocolate flavour , flavourings : beetroot juice concentrate for the strawberry flavour , sweetener sucralose(sin955) , colour: beta-carotene (sin160a) for vanilla avour.

Dissolve one portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or a blender. Take it 30 to 60 minutes before bed, or have it between meals as a snack at any time in your balanced diet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet.

Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.

Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
