Marine collagen (from fish); maltodextrin; MSM (methylsulfonylmethan); glucosamine sulphate 2KCl; L-proline; acidity regulator (citric acid); magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid); flavourings; calcium (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid); fish oil microcapsules MEG-30 ™ 3 % B POWDER [60 % of refined fish oil; gelatine; acidity regulators (sodium ascorbate, citric acid); rapeseed oil; aroma; antioxidant (tocopherols); sunflower oil]; chondroitin sulphate; beetroot juice concentrate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweetner (sucralose); sodium hyaluronate.

Dissolve the single portion of the product – 15 g (3 scoop) in 200 ml of water or juice.

Take 1 serving daily.

Take 1 serving 30 min. before a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet.

Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.

Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
